If you encounter an issue with the hot water in your apartment :
Check the LED lights:
Check that your boiler is switched on :
If the digital display does not switch on when you press the button "Marche", check the fuse box or the electrical switchboard of your apartment to see that the switch for your boiler is on.
- Check that the light for the desired setting is green. This will either be hot water and heating, or just hot water.
- If not, choose your setting by clicking on the "MODE" button :
If the problem persists, restart your boiler and select the desired setting again.
Check the pressure :
- Check that the boiler is switched on and that you have selected the correct setting.
- Check if the boiler is full :
On the screen, the pressure should be between 1 and 2 pressure bar. If it is not, you will need to turn the pressure valve directly underneath the boiler (it is generally blue or black and is normally located on the right hand side). You will need to reclose this as soon as the pressure reaches between 1 and 2 bar.

You will also need to send us photos of the pipes directly underneath the boiler so we can advise on which switch to turn.
